Dana Park shopping center neighbors Brass Heart and Girly Girlz will host a “Mommie and Me” private event for daughters and their moms 4 to 7 p.m. Aug. 23.

Specials for the kids include: “Diva Day Spa” (hair and makeup) for $19.95, free Webkinz toys with $20 purchase; and raffle drawings every half-hour. Merchandise will be on sale for 15% to 60% off.

For grown-ups, Brass Heart will have 70% off all footwear, 25% off tops and dresses and 30% off denim.

Everyone can enjoy lemonade and sweet treats like cookies and eclairs.
