Those gobsmacked by glitz should not flirt with the idea of going to Fleur’t: Everything from swimsuits to vodka bottles to chandeliers has been bedecked with hundreds (or thousands) of crystals, which lends the boutique a rather razzle-dazzle effect.

fleurtmannequin.jpgIt used to be even more pronounced, says director of operations Anjuli Morse: Back when the store began as Blush, it was “the bling capital of the world.” Nearly two years ago the store moved to a location twice as large, rechristened itself Fleur’t and began adding lingerie and some more sophisticated offerings, like jackets by Pegah Anvarian and the Anglomania collection from Vivienne Westwood. “We’re trying to grow up,” Morse says.

But fear not: A lot of the sparkle remains. If Scottsdale nightlife as we know it imploded into only 4,400 square feet of store space, it would look a lot like Fleur’t.

What’s on the mannequin (left): Skull and hearts necklaces, $265 each, by Made Her Think. Silk and cotton dress, $145, by Young, Fabulous & Broke. Skull bracelet, $176, fleurthigh.jpgby Made Her Think; beaded bracelet, $99, by Candace Ang.

High price point (right): Silk and chiffon dress, $375, by Mimi Turner, $375. “We’re crazy about saturated colors,” Morse says. “And I love the pockets. Very different from the little black dress.” Resin and acrylic necklace, $195, cuff, $225, and ring, $65, by Gerard Yosca.

Looking for something a little more … grand? How about a 3-foot-diameter chandelier (above) paved with Swarovski crystals by Douglas Cloutier? At $17,000, “they fly out offleurtlow.jpg here,” Morse says, tongue firmly in cheek. “Every inch of that thing is covered.”

Low price point (left): Havaianas flip-flops embellished with oval-cut faux gems and angel wings, $89, by Shine. “They’re a nice alternative fleurtlocal.jpgto your typical bedazzled flip-flops,” Morse says. They’re sold in sizes 5-10.

Core customer: “Has more of a California vibe — we like our Hanes tees, expensive jeans and Louboutins,” Morse says, “and going for a high-end effortless look that doesn’t necessarily cost a lot.”

Local lines (right): One-of-a-kind hand-decorated hats by Jett Lag (pictured, $115-$120) and similarly treated hats fleurtexcite.jpg($200) and swimsuits ($450) by Morse’s own Shabby Socialite line. “They’re hand-embellished, painted and airbrushed so each piece is unique,” Morse says. “It’s like buying a piece of art.”

Best sellers: Inside the curtain-swathed “naughty room” at the back of the store, women stock up on lacy panties by Hanky Panky ($18) and incredibly lightweight styles by Commando ($20). “It’s like you’re not wearing anything,” Morse says.

She’s excited about (left): Crystallized jellie shoes in gray, blue, lavender or (pictured) clear by Glitzy Karma, $140. “I’m not a very bedazzled kind of girl, but this guy I’m dating, he says, ‘If I see you in them again …’ ” Morse says with a laugh. “But the shoes,” made in Cave Creek, “are a nice alternative to ballet flats. From a distance, you don’t even see the shoe, just the sparkles. You look like Cinderella.”
